We Are Aliens plot

In modern-day Tokyo, listless cleaner Seiya encounters a strange creature on his rooftop during his break, a colorful fluffball with big, sad eyes. He is a scout for the Moja, an alien army that has come to exterminate the human race as punishment for our destructiveness. Unfazed, Seiya shares his problems with the Moja, who, touched by the young man's kindness, hesitate and begin to doubt the mission. During a series of chance encounters between humans and these cute aliens, a close friendship develops between the two species. But in the background, the clock is ticking until our planned (and perhaps deserved) destruction.
