The Fin plot
In a post-war, ecologically devastated Korea, mutant outcasts are called Omegas. Once captured, they are exploited as cheap labor. One particular Omega working in a fishmonger catches the eye of a newly hired civil servant. For the first time, the civil servant questions the state ideology she has blindly followed until now.
