Target Earth plot

Four years ago, Beth, the wife of Detective Sam Adams, disappeared without a trace from his life. Now, four years later, six-year-old Tammy disappears. By chance she is found by Sam. Since her return, however, she has behaved very strangely. Introverted all day long, she makes drawings of spaceships, writes sheets full of strange symbols and talks all day in cryptic rhyme about impending events. Sam slowly begins to become convinced that there is more to it than just human work and that he is the only one who has a chance of stopping a possible invasion from outside.
