Les Zygs, le Secret des Disparus plot

After a medical error, Anne Colin finds herself in an absurd world. When she wakes up from the anesthesia, she is mistaken for someone else and is told that they want to "make her disappear". She manages to escape the hospital and survive. She hides in the woods and caves of a strange island. The inhabitants of this island, the "zygs", believe that they live in a kind of paradise on earth. They enjoy life there. But even there, some disappear every now and then. Sometimes they return, but then they are often sick or lame. Nobody knows what happens to them...
