Oh well, it wasn't too bad for me. The story was sketchy, but the first person shooter concept did create its own atmosphere and provided a special experience at some moments. Nice to have seen.

Hm, this wasn't really my thing. It seemed more like a video game than a movie.

The cast wasn't really memorable either and I fear I will soon forget the film.

Not a must see.

From a visual perspective, this project by director Tim Smit is interesting, but unfortunately the limited variety in action scenes tries to put a stop to that. The aim is clearly for a large-scale approach and a lot of bombast, but in the end it remains more or less just countless encounters with armed drones. The characters of Dan Stevens, Bérénice Marlohe and Tygo Gernandt are also borderline idiotic and seem to come straight out of some kind of comic book. Most of the attention has clearly gone towards spice up, because in terms of content Kill Switch hits like a pair of pliers to a pig. The clichés pile up at a rapid pace and the background concept is barely developed, although this is partly due to the strange choice to have the story play out in a non-chronological order. It is all very distinctive for a Dutch production, but after a while I had had enough of all that nonsense and it was mainly a countdown to the end credits.
