Great film. Nice pace. Beautiful technology. Combination of moralism, patriotism, and romance.
Definitely not a masterpiece. But nice to watch.

No, that wasn't it. There is little drama or sci-fi elements to be found. Yes, you see a spaceship crash at the beginning and later an Alien ( actually a superior human race and apparently the only one ) and that is about it. There are some action scenes, but they weren't really memorable. The cast also fails to convince in their roles, and it is anything but exciting. 4/10

Bombastic, Michael Bay-esque Russian science fiction film about an alien ship that gets shot down over Moscow. The plot is full of holes and illogical developments follow each other at a rapid pace, but still... Visually, the film is impressively put together, with first-class cinematography and excellent special effects. The characters are also quite likeable and the film is actually secretly very entertaining, despite the long running time. Followed by Attraction 2: Invasion. I am definitely going to watch that one too.
