New York 1980s, airplanes have replaced cars, numbers have replaced names, pills have replaced food. Scientists resurrect a man who was struck by lightning in 1930. They call him "Single O". He befriends J-21, who can't marry the girl of his dreams because he's just a scientist. Until he is chosen for a 4-month expedition to Mars. Visiting the planet Mars, his friend and stowaway Single O, J-21 is populated with scantily clad women performing dance numbers.
