Island City plot

By manipulating the genes with a particular drug, one can become immortal in the near future, but the side effects are common and horrific. In this way a super race is created for a small part, but for the most part there are mutants that are kept in check by the super race. When one tries to save a beautiful woman from the hands of the murderous mutants, one of the soldiers disappears and that causes great panic.
