Host plot

In his quest for immortality for the human race, Dr. Joe Messenger has developed a computer that can control an entire city. In fact, the computer has the ability to download a human brain, guaranteeing eternal life. Joe, a workaholic, constantly argues with his wife about the time he spends on his project. Meanwhile, he meets sexy researcher Juliet and the two embark on a sizzling affair. However, Juliet suffers from cancer and is dying. She desperately wants to be Joe's first guinea pig. When Joe ends the relationship, the still deeply infatuated Juliet transfers her own brain into the computer without notifying Joe. Determined to make Joe her own, she terrorizes Joe's family and the entire city from the device. To save the people he loves, Joe must find the courage to destroy his life's work.
