Horror in the Wind plot

"Breathe In. Come Out."

The president of the United States, a religious fanatic, gets wind of a secret chemical formula that is said to suppress sexual desires. He manages to steal the formula from the makers before they have finished testing it and in this way he hopes to win the 'War on Sex'. He sends planes around the world to distribute the formula in gaseous form, but his plan backfires: straight people become gay, gay people become straight, and everyone lives an upside-down life. Unexpected loves blossom, sexual desires surface and when an antidote is finally ready, it's questionable whether anyone is waiting for it.
