Der Herr vom Andern Stern plot
A man from another planet travels through space. He has no means of transport, but travels on the basis of concentration. When he passes Earth, his concentration is disrupted and he has to land. After landing, he immediately catches the attention of the police. Because he has no identity card, he has to go to the police station. There he is redirected from one place to another because he is considered dangerous and can change or double objects. Unable to arrest him, they give him ID and keep an eye on him. He goes home with Flora, whom he met at the police station.
