Black Rain plot

A corrupt, entitled businessman creates acid rain to increase the value of the stock he owns in the business, but his plan is discovered by one of his own scientists, whose children and friends are trapped in the rain. Both the scientist and others try to neutralize the acid rain and bring down the businessman once and for all.
