Inventor Mariko works for Hitachi. She accidentally designs a washing machine that allows you to travel through time. The Japanese government asks for its help to go back to 1990 to prevent the fall of the Japanese stock market. But they lose contact with Mariko, and it's now up to Agent Isao and Mariko's daughter Mayumi to investigate what happened.
