What If Christmas plot

Erin has always supported her husband Adam, a heart surgeon, by organizing the hospital's Christmas galas. But when he moves to another hospital, her help is no longer needed. Back in New York City, she feels lost and aimless, and her long-suppressed regret about giving up her dream of becoming a fashion designer begins to resurface. When Erin receives a special heart-shaped Christmas ornament, she wakes up in an alternate reality where she is a world-famous fashion designer.
