A 'Troma' version of the well-known romantic Shakespeare tale. A rift in the porn industry causes the rival families of Que and Capulet to find themselves at odds: once allies, now ruthless competitors seeking each other's lives. Nevertheless, a passionate love develops between the body-pierced Tromeo Que and the beautiful Juliet Capulet. When the families find out what is going on between the enamored duo, it unleashes a veritable gang war.
