Tried this one and didn't like it. They are all different stories, some better than others. A bit of a shame that the stories didn't really form a whole and that only Paris and love were the common denominator.
The cast was usually good, occasionally some familiar names, interspersed with unknown names.
Some films were originally designed, some were more standard.
All in all I thought it was a fascinating film, maybe a bit of a shame that there weren't more links between the films, but I certainly didn't get bored with it.

Montmartre:
Man in car, woman passes out, stupid conversation, no wrap up.
2*
Quais de Seine:
Love at first sight between a Muslim woman and a pimple teenager, boring and meaningless. Very abrupt ending.
1,5*
Le Marais:
Gay in workshop, boring conversation, stupid plot. Doesn't matter. Fortunately, very short.
1*
Tuileries:
Steve Buscemi at the metro station, a bit bland, farcical, but a well-rounded whole.
3*
Loin the 16th:
Spanish speaking babysitter, short, so no plot development, but good atmosphere.
3.5*
Porte de Choisy:
Weird, vague and absurd in a stupid way.
1*
Bastille:
Frenchman with terminally ill wife, well told.
3.5*
Place des Victoires:
Juliette Binoche struggles with coping with her deceased son, which is poignant in itself, but should have been less metaphorical.
3*
Tour Eiffel:
Funny story, a bit bland but well mimed
3.5*
Parc Monceau:
Nick Nolte with annoying voice, not very interesting
3*
Quartier des Enfants Rouges:
Maggie Gyllenhaal on drugs, atmospherically shot, but ended abruptly.
2.5*
Place des Fetes:
Best video of all, recognizable emotion and a little more realistic
4*
Pigalle:
Bob Hoskins arguing with an older lady, a little bland.
2.5*
Quartier de la Madeleine:
Elijah Wood with his nasty head, vampire horror with a romantic twist. Stupid.
2*
Pere-Lachaise:
Bickering on Pere Lachaise, nice setting.
4*
Faubourg Saint Denis:
Natalie Portman with a blind daap. Nice environment, story bit vague and stupid.
2.5*
Quaartier Latin:
Conversation between older man and woman in divorce, quite fun, well acted.
3.5*
14th Arrondissement:
Woman on her own in Paris, nice story with voice-over.
4*
