Aspiring astronomy professor and Christmas enthusiast Holly can't believe her boyfriend Adam has a business trip planned over the holidays. When she decides to pay a surprise visit to her parents and Adam, during her journey she meets the attractive Luke, who is also fond of astronomy and Christmas. There is an instant click between the two and Holly invites Luke and his brother Bull to spend Christmas with her family and Adam. This leads to a competition between Adam and Luke for Holly's love.
