Moody Beach plot

Simon (Michel Coté) is tired of his job as a bailiff, his life in cold Quebec and his wife. He decides to divorce her and with the $40,000 he has left, he buys a convertible and leaves for Florida. Recently, Simon has inherited his mother's house there that he plans to sell. When he arrives at the house, he meets the thief and con artist Laurence (Claire Nebout), who has squatted the house.
