"There's more to life than lights…camera…and action!"
Renowned director Daniel Taylor plans to make a film about a historic African peasant woman. His British girlfriend, Jodie, plays the lead role but realizes she needs to visit South Africa to really empathize with her role. When she arrives, she meets the handsome Kobus, a farmer with the same last name as the character she plays, and persuades him to give her shelter. In return, Jodie will host the annual summer party with a few local residents.
