"Target for every loose gun . . . and gal in the life of Billy the Kid"
Pat Garrett is a sheriff who successfully tracked down and shot Billy the Kid, but paid a heavy price for it. All of Billy's remaining supporters begin to hunt him down and are determined to terrorize Lincoln County as they did when Billy was alive.
