Königswalzer plot

Austrian officer Von Tettenbach travels to Munich on the orders of Emperor Franz Joseph I where he must ask for Sissi's hand. Von Tettenbach falls in love with Theres Tomasoni, daughter of an innkeeper, but is forced by the strict Munich morality police to marry Theres' younger sister. Sissi personally interferes with the matter.
