Choosing between good and evil is easy, but your choices between the better of two good things, or the lesser of two evils determine the course of your life. Blind Kashmir girl Zooni Ali Beg (Kajol) receives this good advice from her father when she is about to go out into the wide world. She meets playboy Rehan Qadri (Aamir Khan), who travels from city to city as a tour guide to admire not only the architecture but also the females. Zooni's friends warn her about this flirtatious good-for-nothing, but she wants to discover life herself. Rehan shows Zooni colorful Delhi as she should see it.
