Drei Stunden plot
Martin is a poet, a calm but determined dreamer, who has been working for years on his personal masterpiece, a play. His secret inspiration for the main character of his play is his good friend Isabel, a feisty, sharp-tongued young woman who fights to stop the spread of genetically engineered seeds and travels around the world. Tomorrow Isabel will leave for a three-year stay in drought-stricken Mali. Upon checking in, Martin finally confesses his love for Isabel, a confession that would have meant a lot to Isabel in the past, but now finds it too late to change her plans. Then the departure of the plane is delayed by several hours.
