Eversmile, New Jersey plot

Fergus O'Connell (Daniel Day-Lewis), an avid dentist, rides his motorcycle through the South American Patagonian desert to practice dental hygiene among the local population, on behalf of an American development agency, funded by his wife. Along the way, he meets Estella (Mirjana Jokovic), the daughter of a local mechanic, who becomes his sounding board and fellow traveler.
