The Golden Gate Murders plot

"746 feet above San Francisco Bay a killer is waiting"

Detective Paul Silver (David Janssen) investigates the alleged suicide of an elderly priest. During his research, he meets the nun Benicia (Susannah York). She does everything she can to save the immortal soul of the priest by proving that his fatal fall in the San Francisco Bay was not suicide, but murder. The agent and the nun decide to join forces. This leads to effective cooperation, but also to romantic entanglements.
