Seiro no Umi plot
Private investigator Kiyoshi Mitarai and Miyuki Ogawa arrive in Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture. They have become interested in a case in which a number of bodies have been found. The bodies were found in the Seto Inland Sea, where the current repeats every six hours.
