"THE STORY OF ADVENTUROUS AND GALLANT PEOPLE!"
After losing the First World War, German General and Commander-in-Chief Carl Eberling had foresight as he prepared for another war. Eberling has used one of the twin brothers John and Robert Usher as a spy for 'Room 40', a division of the British Admiralty. When one of them is killed, the question is, was it the right brother or the wrong brother? It is up to Scotland Yard Inspector Sir Christopher Pelt to solve this mystery.
