With a congressman as a father-in-law, the mayoralty of Kyung-suk is almost impossible to miss. To hide his father-in-law's secret piggy bank, Kyung-suk takes his mistress to a remote bungalow. There, the two meet the mysterious Soon-tae, who claims to be the groundskeeper. Kyung-suk is afraid that all his secrets will come to the surface and wants to leave as soon as possible. His nervous behavior puts him in a tricky spot, where even his powerful connections can't save him.
