The year is 2017. The Japanese government is quietly trying to obtain possession of everyone's DNA. Ryuhei Kagura is a top scientist in the field of DNA analysis and works for the National Police. When the inventor of the DNA analysis system is murdered and Ryuhei's DNA is found at the scene of the murder, Ryuhei is immediately suspect number one. He runs away and the police officer Reiji Asama tries to arrest him.
