"A Berle's Best Friend... Is His Murder!"
Jason Cordry is a mystery writer who always makes things difficult for himself and can never finish a story. While visiting his wife, at the office where she works, Jason overhears several men discussing a colleague's suicide. Struck by a brilliant idea, he decides to confess to the murder of the dead man, certain that he will be able to wriggle out of the situation and thus have enough material for a story.
