Roger Phillips is a convicted murderer. On the eve of his execution, Roger decides to tell the authorities who hired him to commit the murder. However, Roger is killed with a poison arrow in a room full of officials and journalists before he can reveal the name. An assistant to the district attorney and Roger's girlfriend, the beautiful journalist Geri Reynolds, team up to track down the mysterious perpetrator of Roger's murder.
