Joon-Young Kim is a famous surgeon, but unfortunately he is not a good father to his daughter Eun-Jung due to the hard work and lack of time. After a trip abroad, he returns to Seoul to spend some time with his daughter. On his way to the meeting with Eun-Jung, he sees a car accident happen. Unfortunately, the victim is his daughter who died before his eyes. After this bad event, this fatal day repeats itself daily in a time loop, much like a déjà vu.
