Das Verlorene Gesicht plot

The story is based on a case of schizophrenia that occurred in Stuttgart in the 1925s. After a car accident, a woman Johanna (Marianne Hoppe) changes both internally and externally into a Tibetan. Only after painful developments and only with the loving help of a doctor friend does the woman find her real identity again.
