Song of Norway plot
"A song for the heart to sing...for the world to love!"
Biographical film about the Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg. He studied at the conservatory while living in poverty and became the disgrace of the family by marrying his niece Nina. Grieg has an affair with a rich woman who, through her father, manages to arrange for Grieg to give a concert in Stockholm. After this success, Grieg travels to Rome and he finally gains appreciation for his work.
