Rembetiko plot
"rempetiko rembetiko mousiki"
Rembetiko music is a kind of Greek urban blues associated with the atmosphere of gore pubs where social outcasts gathered in the 1920s. The film tells the life of one of the greatest rembetiko singers named Marika, from her birth in 1913 in Smyrna to her death in 1955 in Athens and from the small clubs in Piraeus to the nightclubs in Chicago.
