The career of a promising pop singer is abruptly interrupted when he has to go into military service. He joins the navy, where he makes two friends. They are the son of a wealthy industrialist and a penniless boy from Rome, who is waiting for a legacy that will change his life. The three of them have quite a few romantic adventures, which the navy is not very happy about.
