Handle with Care plot

Second Rate Kate's Brass Rail nightclub is robbed. The loot is a few hundred dollars. An employee of the bar wants to help the owner get the stolen money back. For this they get the help of yet another employee. They decide to approach a man who has just arrived from Texas. The men think he is rich, but he turns out to be just a normal jazz musician. One evening, the man from Texas has an affair with a dancer from the nightclub. Coincidentally, the men find a drunken man carrying a large backpack with the missing money.
