"They're Back... For Everyone Who Believes In the Beat."

Ozone and Turbo are two break dancers who have set up a community center where they teach the youth to dance. Unfortunately, a villainous developer sees the land on which the community center is located as an ideal location for a shopping center. The young people are doing their best to raise enough money to prevent this.
