Ball der Nationen plot

American journalist Percy Buck should actually report on the progress of the great world peace conference, but it soon becomes apparent that this conference is in danger of failing. Percy therefore focuses on other, more fun things. Like the revuester Vera van Loon, for example, who he absolutely loves, but this cool beauty rejects him. As the peace conference draws to a close, Percy is said to be forced to leave, but he doesn't give up and devises a plan to extend this conference.
