When sniper champion Frank Butler, his personal manager Charlie Davenport and Buffalo Bill Cody's Wild West celebrity group arrive in Cincinnati to put on a show, a party breaks out in the city. The arrival of the company brings joy to all, except for the finicky hotel owner Foster Wilson, who will have to house this company. Wilson later joins the celebration, however, when disheveled and wild sniper Annie Oakley and her gang of riotous children check into his hotel. Impressed by Annie's shooting skills, Wilson quickly arranges a match between her and Frank Butler.
