Watchers Reborn plot
"Driven by instinct... destined for murder."
Detective Jack Murphy (Mark Hamill) and his partner investigate a gruesome murder of a security guard. When his partner is also murdered in the same strange way, some shadowy government agents come to take over the case. It turns out that two super-intelligent and psychically linked creatures - Einstein, a golden retriever, and The Outsider, a deformed monster who wants nothing more than to kill - have escaped after a fire in the laboratory. Detective Murphy gets help from Einstein and his trainer Dr. Grace Johnson (Lisa Wilcox) to stop The Outsider and prevent the government agents from covering up the case and getting everyone involved out of the way.
