"Human fangs ripping throats - no sawdust can soak up the torrent of blood!"
In 1825, a small Serbian village was cut off from the outside world because of the plague. Yet the village is visited by a traveling circus that mainly consists of people who can turn into beasts. Soon people mysteriously disappear from the village.
