A group of teachers are taking a break and find themselves in a mountain range. Meanwhile, a maniac, who has murdered and collected teeth in the past, escapes from a psychiatric hospital. The teachers are then brutally slaughtered one by one by the maniac, who believes she is the Tooth Fairy.
