The Whooper Returns plot
"Evil has been awakened."
In 1975, the Schepp family reported that an evil spirit called The Whooper was present in their home. This eventually led to a horror film, which has become a cult classic with a devoted fan base. In the present, the now grown and estranged children have to deal with the death of their mother. This leads to a conflict over their family home. Teri and Peter want to destroy the house and all bad memories, while businessman Theo wants to sell it. Franky, the eldest, tries to keep the family together with all his might. When obsessive fan Cathy arrives and claims that their mother has made a deal with her about the house, everything comes to an unexpected climax.
