The Beast of Walton St. plot

In a small town in Ohio, brutal deaths are plaguing the homeless population in the dead of winter. The city officials turn a blind eye to the violence to quell the panic. Seeing no help coming, Constance and Sketch decide to defend their territory themselves in the name of their forgotten homeless brothers. Their battle turns out to be with a deadly creature: a werewolf.
