"Beauty is only a cut-away."
Although Hyun-soo never saw her father once in her life, she never minds his absence because there is a perfect mother for her. Her mother is also a renowned plastic surgeon. So she is never lonely, surrounded by girls who want beauty advice from her mother. But her happiness comes to an end when her friends undergo surgery by her mother and then mysteriously commit suicide by disfiguring their own faces. She begins to feel that there is someone else in the house where she lives with her mother. One day she discovers a hidden cellar and there she discovers a secret from her past, which will lead to great turmoil between mother and daughter.
