More than 1,600 people have mysteriously disappeared in national parks and forests across the United States. A group of friends are about to meet the creature responsible. Brothers Brad and Mike, along with their friend Dennis, are the creators of an amateur series they hope will lead them to internet stardom. When Hope, an old friend of Dennis's, offers her family's small cabin in the Rocky Mountains, they jump at the chance to use the location for an episode. But as they move deeper into the mountains to film, it becomes clear that something is following them and it won't let them leave.
