Bad. Very bad perhaps, but very funny here and there.
Nice and bad German scientists (why are those damn Nazis always behind these kinds of things ) and a shark that even makes the CGI of the Asylum productions look good.
I don't think it can get much cheaper than this. I wouldn't be surprised if the makers used Windows Movie Maker to paste in the shark.
The acting is (of course) bad and over-the-top, but there are still a number of nice characters, such as the aforementioned scientists and a silent skipper.
There are also a few nice inside jokes here and there, such as the Universal horror angry mob.
Maybe fun for fans of Sharknado and other such pulp. Probably a waste of time for the rest of the audience.

Not as tough as director Mark Polonia's other works, but that does highlight the main positive points. The concept is quite absurd and the film is not very serious, but as you can probably expect, there are a lot of things that affect the execution. The special effects, editing, visual enhancement and acting are all very substandard. For example, Jeff Kirkendall has had the opportunity to work with Polonia (who also plays a role) several times, but so far he has never delivered a good role. The main thing is that the makers keep adding influences without really putting it together coherently, forcing the viewer to mainly enjoy the self-conscious ridiculousness. After a while, however, that cake is also gone and the relatively short playing time begins to weigh more and more heavily, but such circumstances are also advisable when you start a film that calls itself Sharkenstein.
