Revenge of the Corn Zombies plot

Six years after the outbreak, survivors have sought refuge in an abandoned sanatorium. Just when life finally seems to be returning to normal, the group is startled by a new zombie threat led by former waitress Sally. No one is safe anymore, and a brutal battle for survival ensues.
