Oishii Shokutaku plot

Ryo Shinkai has fled into a forest with a large sum of money from a robbery and a wound to his stomach. He is in a lot of pain, but runs on and eventually arrives at a mansion. The five-member Minegishi family lives there. The lady of the house's sister was a nurse and tends to Ryo's injury. However, there is no range by mobile phone and the normal telephone line is also unusable due to a landslide. Soon, Ryo discovers the gruesome secret of this family...
